Petrol is 10c a liter cheaper than diesel

It's an interesting thing that the way the two fuels atomise, vaporise and their detonation or combustion speeds... I wonder if the diesel would have run on petrol, at a fast idle, and a bit of extra vegetable oil - if you were genuinely stuck and just idled it back to a fuel supply at 30 Kmh...

@hqwebsite: Vegetable oil or dissolved and cleaned animal fat, for lubrication, and add it to the petrol... As an emergency get you home fill...
