How is he now? I'm new and was unable to comment before. I am concerned that there is more to it than worms, although I've never heard of a cat throwing-up worms. Anyway, if you can, I think it would be best to have him seen by a vet. It could kidney disease, an infection in the mouth, leukemia, or a bunch of other things. After an exam, they'd probably start with a blood test and go from there. Cats can decline really fast. They can get dehydrated super fast, too, which is part of it, as they are made of water more than we are. Thank you for taking care of him, and sorry if I step on your toes at all, but I really think it would be best to have him seen, if you are able to.
