Some of those tents look a lot nicer than any tent in which I've ever camped, in the military.

@KEEPER: Yeah, I forgot. If they cost less than $750 (at least in L.A., though I could be mistaken), it's not considered an offense.

I was horrified long before now at the amount of human feces was on the sidewalk and people defending the scum doing it. I don't go into Portland anymore unless absolutely necessary.
