President Obama Admits in His Farewell Address that "citizen" is a public office, Exhibit #01.018 . He said this on January 10, 2017 in Chicago at his Farewell Address, Minutes 39 through 45. The above “public office” is the ONLY lawful subject of CIVIL legislation or CIVIL enforcement and filling it is VOLUNTARY. If it ISN’T voluntary, then you are a SLAVE and the Thirteenth Amendment prohibition against involuntary servitude is violated! To “unvolunteer” one simply removes themselves from a domicile on federal territory and thereby becomes a STATUTORY “non-resident non-person” in relation to the national government. The ONLY type of "citizen" he could possibly be talking about is STATUTORY citizens, not CONSTITUTIONAL/state citizens.
