it was another strong independent black female flop game. very underwhelming, now i didn't get it because i know better to never purchase any game at launch, i learn through countless reviews if a game is good or bad on the outside and never from the payed shills in the industry, it also helps to just watch straight up gameplay to get a better idea if it's worth it or not, i'm also the kind of person who's learned to keep away from any game for at least a few years, because it often takes a few years before a game is worth while these days, it's when most of the major game bugs are ironed out and it's also when most of the games DLC is released and sometimes if you wait it out a bit longer that price will drop significantly so you can purchase a fully fixed all DLC game for a decent price, now even with this said, i likely won't be purchasing Forsaken, it's not quite my kind of game.

for example cyberpunk 2077, the game launched with a shit load of bugs and glitches and it took them nearly 4 years to get it in a good enough position, then 1 and a half went by and they just updated it again and not not only does it run a lot better than before but the game also has some new and exciting things that were added to it to make it better, it's been roughly 5 years now, and the game is in far better shape than what it released as, now it's worth the money i would say, now i would say it would have been better that they didn't screw the launch of the game and actually got it up to par before launch but these days we know the score when it comes to games in general, they are typically not worth it for a long while, now it's better than pretty much anything out there.

now i will not admit that i like the idea of a game releasing like shit at launch is a good thing, because i always demand as a customer for a good product at the point of it's launch, nobody should have to deal with this kind of bullshit when a game comes out brand new, but i understand that's just not always the case anymore with how much nonsense these game companies often get away with.
