Congrats on the professional review and food truck AMR food looked great, why the WHITE SAUCE on the chicken and why the white sauce it's not Mayo or "EYGPTIAN MAYO AKA EYGPTIAN SAUCE" even though it looks like it that's why I never eat anything with white sauce on it.

Still great looking food shame I'm not in USA and can't get it international shipped oh well thanks for sharing and keep grinding and GOD WILLING that food truck will pay for the server in no time \G/

I would absolutely annihilate that chicken Shawarma over rice with that zhiki-ziki sauce... we don't have these food vendors in Texas... except for Halal Guys, which is a franchise that went from a hero to a zero real quick... Now they're skimping on portions, increased their prices and it isn't as fresh as the Halal Guys Vendor I tried when I was visiting NYC. It sucks when great food is made somewhere, and then commercialization, corporate greed and money-saving practices basically ruin it all.
