Do you stretch? Stretching is so beneficial and underrated. Most stretches require no equipment, not much time, and they all reduce the chance of some kind of injury.
As a LOOKSMAXXER who went from 260 lbs down to 210 at 6’3, I found that proper diet is like 80% of the work. The remaining 20% is “just have big bones, a great frame and be 6ft+ bro!”. Women don’t give a F about muscles. In fact, muscles can work in your DISADVANTAGE depending on your height/face/race.
For example: if you’re a tall, lanky white dude, you’re much better off taking Tails BlackPill’s advice and get a E-boy haircut and go clean-shaven.
If you’re a short dude, being too muscular can make you look like you’re overcompensating.
If you’re a currycel, there’s a 99% chance it’s over anyway.
The name of the game is working with WHAT you got, NOT working towards something you genetically will NEVER have anyway.
Gym is overrated. Rather climb a mountain or do a competitive sport and enjoy myself with friends. But hey, that’s just me!
