Protesters have blocked avenues, burned several vehicles and attacked buildings during a 24-hour strike in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. The rally came after the arrest of opposition leader and local governor Luis Fernando Camacho. Dozens of demonstrators were reportedly detained amid scuffles with police.
