i would love to be able to do this shit again, but god damn i got hurt from something that i have never been able to recover from, and that's pretty much made most exorcises damn near impossible to do, i hate it so fucking much.
meanwhile my body gets worse and i feel trapped in it, like there is nothing that can fix it, not even doctors can help, i have really bad back neck and arms and leg nerve damage, it makes it damn near impossible to carry out my day and sleep is not something i can do in a normal bed anymore, i sleep in a lazyboy chair because it's the only thing that doesn't bother the nerves to make them go out of wack while i sleep, before when i would sleep in a bed, i could peacefully be sleeping and all of the sudden like someone hit all of your funny bones with a metal bat you were in immense pain that you wished you were dead, because that pain could last for hours and hours and you couldn't move because it essentially paralyzed you in place.
my weight gain was not due to not eating healthy, it was due to the pain from the nerve damage and the disks in my back that would slip out at random doing mundane things that most people can do without issue, so i have to adjust how i do things, but idk if this kind of stuff could help me.
i would like to try, but i really don't want to bring that feeling of wanting to commit suicide again, i hate that feeling because it plays like a broken record.
