I like to get BIG bits of flat bread and add plenty of meat, but rolled up inside a huge cylinder of lettuce, sliced carrot, cucumber, tomato, homus, yogurt, garlic, onion, silver beet, etc... and it's like a LOG and it's fully nutritional.
