Quickly Fix Uneven Hips (by Releasing This Tight Muscle)
Dr. Rowe shows how to quickly fix uneven hips (lateral pelvic tilt).
A main cause of a high (or low) hip is due to a blend of weakness and tightness in the muscles that maintain pelvic and hip balance. This includes the quadratus lumborum and glutes.
This video will focus on specifically lengthening and strengthening these muscles where it's needed the most.
While each exercise is different, they are meant to work together. To get the best results, make sure to use them all!
