Rare phenomenon: Fire tornado swirls in Portugal

One firefighter witnessed a fire tornado developing in northeast Portugal, at one of the main blazes still active in the country.
Fire tornados are a rare phenomenon that comes from a mix of conditions involving heat, wind and dust. They can dramatically worsen already serious wildfires.
