Thank you sir for creating!
I hope this big guy survives. I think it's crazy that anyone with such an amazing life would even have the thought of suicide cross their mind, I mean I've never had suicide cross my mind but my life is absolute dogshit in every possible way in comparison to this guy's life. Whatever happened I just hope that this guy lives and gets help.
I think you have a really good point when you talk about people who have had nothing but awesome things happen in their life, and no hardships. Hardships create strength of character, and with an absence of hardships even the slightest infraction can be fairly damaging. I appreciate your wisdom Amir, you're awesome!
Success is the exception. NOT the rule.
Hard work is for ugly people.
People like us have no choice but to work hard and smart.
Great video
I can appreciated SOME gym work for general strength and fitness... and BALANCE - in terms of being a healthier person.
The reality is that the strongest people get it from doing work that is physically demanding - like riding a bike 20K in the morning - fairly fast etc.
But... you have to MAKE time for healthy choices.
I knew a women who rode a big 900cc honda motorcycle and she could carry a bag of cement on each shoulder and run up 3 flights of stairs.... working as a builders labourer.... (nice!).
And she had muscles as a result of working hard - in a very physical way.
But if your driving all day and all that - well an exercise bike and lifting weights in a balanced full body routine is a good thing - to off set the lack of exercise and hard physical work.
However getting into steroids and huge muscles - for their own sake - it's just plain stupid.
It's not like he had developed strength and appropriately sized muscles from refurbishing army tanks, trucks, earth moving equipment etc., and having to wrestle heavy gear that was hard to move etc.
He was a gym bunny that took drugs and pumped himself up for no particular point.
I have met so many fucked up guys who get off drugs and turn into gym junkies and meat heads and their entire lives revolve around bulking up instead of sorting their shit out...
And they fail at that too.
