Popp, where's the guy's fellow soldiers that he served with? where is his commanding officer? men who have gone on that many "tours" should be held up as "special cases"; and seen to, for their needs and programs to help them adapt to a "peaceful environment". once you have hunted men, nothing is ever the same again.
