RT DE terminates journalistic activity in Germany – statement

The latest round of EU sanctions has forced RT to cease the activities of its production company in Germany. In a statement, RT DE claimed the move was a result of the ‘betrayal of fundamental rights and freedoms’ by the European Union and the German government.

Our German-language channel will continue to operate and broadcast internationally from the headquarters in Moscow.
