Russia demands assessment from OSCE on chemical weapons use by Ukraine

Russia is demanding an assessment from the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe about the alleged use of chemical weapons by Ukrainian forces in the Donetsk People’s Republic. The officials claim Russian servicemen have been chemically burned and poisoned as a result of Kiev's actions.

We discussed the issue with Konstantin Gavrilov, the head of Russian delegation on arms control talks in Vienna.
