The FSB arrested a financial fraud gang from the ROSSETI Northern Caucasus PJSC company that stole ₽2.8 billion (~ $30 million) allocated for an automated electricity metering system in the Republic of Dagestan in Russia. Of course, they brought an ARMORED VEHICLE to do it, because why not ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
