Women and men are different. The interviewer doesnt understand that equality is just a fantasy, it's not real. You want an example of female example of Bill Gates? Look at Theranos like sandman said. The interview guy could have been shut down with a simple question (have you researched the laws and biases against men?) If they want to feel more safe, how about stop relying on false statistics that were created by none other than women using false accusations and biased laws against men?
