Security stepped up at Russian embassy in Kabul - Lavrov

Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov observes a minute of silence for those killed in an explosion near the Russian embassy in Kabul on Monday morning, and says security has been stepped up at the facility, during talks with his Tajikistan counterpart.
