If it wasn't for my own personal experience witnessing The Hat Man, I'd shrug him off as another story to tell in the dark. People report seeing The Hat Man during sleep paralysis, in times of stress and very interestingly, while tripping off Benadryl. He's reported all around the world, and with every country having different beliefs and backgrounds, how is it possible that the same entity, wearing a trench coat and a fedora style hat keeps being reported?
