Lately, I've been feeling pretty sad. I know I've been doing these videos a lot lately but I've been feeling down and it seems like I can't get out.

The latest emotion I've been dealing with is self-loathing. I simply hate myself. I feel like s**t. I don't have motivation.

And don't get me wrong. You know how much I tell you guys about why you should work without motivation. The problem is I don't have a goal.

Right now, in my life, it feels like I've accomplished everything I wanted. And now, I don't have a f goal.

This is why I decided to make this video. So I can talk to you about it. So I can make you guys aware and maybe... Help me get though it.
