Selling fresh produce is NOT allowed!

Here is an interesting video. It's about a guy selliung produce outside his shop front nd the local council shut him dowm. Well here is news for councils. Have you seen outside shop fronts there is often a peice of ground often concreted in and different from the pavement that paces it? YUou often see motorbikes or mopeds parked in them. Well that particular case is NOT Coucil Land and belongs to the owner like your garden at youre home is YOUR responsibility. The result is that YOU CAN sell items from that space if it doesn't inpair anyone. Do you remember when shops had fold out awnings or canopies? They were banned by the councils as well as beinf dangerous because a LORRY or TRUCK may hit them? Odd seeing as pavement parking is illegal anyways? Also any shop or workshop sety back from the rtoad or pavement doesn't have to do anything the council demands as that foreground is their property.
