Recently, I felt that this is such a hot topic, whenever it comes up. We're in the middle of a presidential election, we're experiencing attacks to some minority groups based on religion purposes and other types of crazy stuff.

So, this raises a question you should be asking yourself over and over again: Should you discuss politics and religion?

In this video, I explain a little bit more about these type of things. People, nowadays, like to discuss that all the time, with friends, family, at work, etc.

Why discussing these type of things can drain your entire emotional energy, leaves you at a place where you feel guilty and, most of all would definitely leave you with the feeling that you can change the other person's opinion.
