I'll tell you what love has become, it's a Myth for a start and as I say it destroys the soul, but love in it's true context has today become things like - I would LOVE a cup of Coffee, - I LOVE going for a walk, - Love has been reduced to no more than an alternative word for LIKE! Have you noticed that people "FALL" in love, there's a clue in the word "FALL" as to how it will end up? Maybe it should be a "FOOL" in love! lol! Love is just like hate, but it pushes different button's and often will evolve into HATE! Been there, Bought the BLOOD soaked "T" Shirt covered in the blood of my broken aching Heart! lol! If LOVE is such a wonderful thing why are their millions of songs telling us it isn't - "Love Hurts" by the Everly Bro's for example? Love is one of many Human failings and Psychosis based thing's - Yep! Love IS surely a MENTAL ILLNESS? Humans are the only species that suffer for LOVE, In the animal kingdom they fuck Reproduce and live another day without regret of pain!
There's a song that is titled "Love is a many splendid thing" - IS it? I think love is delusional and destructive, it turns a good heart to insanity, and ROT's the Soul from within. LOVE the biggest LIE in human history. It's a place I will never return to EVER. You give everything to one entity that then rejects you when something better comes along and that entity triggers the response most of us have at least experienced once in our lives? but it is a hard lesson to learn if you allow the deception to repeat itself? I have absolutely NO regret in abandoning that BULLSHIT of love, and I'm as FREE as a MAN can be and happy into the bargain.
My self-respect is worth more.
