Sometimes You Have to The A**hole

There are people out there! So thick, ignorant, stupid, and hateful that being reasonable with them simply isn't an option. It is at times like this that you have to hold your ground, potentially give as good as you're getting, and start hitting back. That doesn't mean that you walk around with your balls in a wheelbarrow. Good leaders and people lead through example, competence and ability. The need to actually fight back and hit back is also required

I myself have been running into more people like this as I go along. It's OK if you have to be the asshole. The person, in this case, isn't the victim they chose to take a run at you and doubled down when you hit back.
