Female Human Resources managers are where much of this stuff starts. They imprint their female emotions on the entire company and either you play by their rules or lose your job. The female employees feel empowered and the males are striped of masculinity by these rules. In the bigger picture, these rules carry over to the real world. Females no longer need to earn respect because they were given a false sense of power by the rules they learned at work.

It's not the companies per se: It's the investors, the bankers, ie the Rothchilds through its Vanguard Investments and its bitch BlackRock Investments, ie the World Economic Forum (WEF) that is forcing the companies to bend to their knees for favorable loans... I say "Why take the loans?" Make the money yourself like Eric July on YT and build it yourself... keep denying these idiot bankers loans and profits. They are loaning out fake non-existent dollars making interest on empty dollars. Fuck them.

Wherever feminazis go chaos, destruction and ruin follows; I have had a lot of bosses in my life and out of the five or so feminine ones only one was worthy of the position. I have had many men bosses, I was an independent contractor, and only a few of them were useless tools. So, it goes in life, be ruled by idiocracy i.e. females and become a failed state or have good, strong men lead.
