South Korea, US fire missiles following North Korean launch

The militaries of South Korea and the US have test-fired surface-to-surface missiles in response to North Korea's latest ballistic missile exercise. One South Korean Hyunmoo-2 ballistic missile crashed in the country’s northeast, near the town of Gangneung, causing no casualties.
