I can't say exactly - "It's in India" as there are many states and countries, full of "brown Indian people" and there are a lot of people in these countries, killing themselves by touching the overheads... I had a friend who worked in the raiways as an electrician and he accidentally shorted a BIG screwdriver - about 2" long and 1/2" round on one of those circuits - blew a fucking HUGE hole out the side of the screw driver shaft......
There was an OLD electrician in the railways, they used to send him an apprentice to work with him..... and he said, "Oh if they fuck up around the electrics, they just send me another one".
yea a few thousand volts of DC will do that to you... reminds me of batman returns when catwoman uses the taser and the power cable to fry max shrek, only real and not retarded with somehow intact eyeballs in its head...
is it sick/disturbed that i find this to be pretty bad ass/cool way to go.
