Happy Sunday
It's easy to get distracted by all of the things going on around us. I find it helps me to withdraw. It allows me to focus in, hearing what my mind and body are trying to communicate to me. As I'm aging, the always apparent understanding of my mortality. Seems to be taking up a bit more of my view. It doesn't sadden or frighten me. It reminds me to reflect and take a open judgement of my self so far. Comparing past and present, letting go of future outcomes. It becomes a noticeable pattern that where you planned to go and where you end up. May be verry dissimilar.
