Türkiye ratifies Finland’s bid to join NATO: Step towards stability or another spiral of tension?

Türkiye’s parliament has unanimously approved Finland’s NATO application, giving the green light to Helsinki’s membership in the military bloc. While some European officials believe it would strengthen the alliance, others worry about escalating tensions that could end in irreversible damage, mainly for the West.
