Truth brother! I just went through this. I was #1 in what I do in the Nation for a Company and they froze raises and promotions. Other people who did the same thing I did but just barely do enough to get by, were paid at a higher rate and promotional rate. I deserved a raise and promotion to the highest level and I just one day started my own business and left them. They were shocked! Calls started going out everywhere and I received probes about why I was leaving. I just said that I was ready to do something different and to do my own thing. Stuck to it and not looking back. Already got contracts for 10's of thousands on the table. You hit this nail on the head brother. Prophetic to me! -the Warrior
