Tensions flare at Ankara summit as Ukrainian delegation protests Russian speech

A Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC) meeting in Türkiye’s capital Ankara descended into scuffles and violence after the Ukrainian delegation in attendance interrupted a speech by a Russian official. Flags were waved, words were yelled, and eventually punches were thrown as emotions boiled over.
