1:16. Actually, the ONLY oils I use are olive (hopefully EVOO, since the majority of olive oils are mixed with cheaper, if not outright fake oils), and coconut (organic, unrefined). My mother taught me about reading labels since childhood in the '60s, when she was sticklers about avoiding Monosodium Glutamate (MSG). Been sticklers since.

@Life_N_Times_of_Shane_T_Hanson: I don't do high temp cooking (my job keeps me away more than home), and no frying, but for that, I found coconut oil works for me, as well as grass fed ghee for my eggs.
