1:16. Actually, the ONLY oils I use are olive (hopefully EVOO, since the majority of olive oils are mixed with cheaper, if not outright fake oils), and coconut (organic, unrefined). My mother taught me about reading labels since childhood in the '60s, when she was sticklers about avoiding Monosodium Glutamate (MSG). Been sticklers since.
