I have body mastery everyday I don't shit myself. Lol.

He started off boring, but it got interesting as it went on. Not bad at all.

Do you do this?

Good point I don't shite myself unlike pedo in charge. He is OK and I'm not that good I try to do some and progress things like Handstand training, legal training and get back to muscle ups however back flips and the other advance stuff maybe down the road or if my Back Let's me haha. Something better than paying all that heavy GYM membership BS where all you see is JUICE HEADS and WHORES I'm more into building Real strength and stay Strong as my health suffered and was out for 6 months, yeah Fuck that I just want to be back being healthy and strong and if able to more flexible and more advance level strong. Hopefully you might try a few of these yourself and get stronger fitter yourself. \G/

@DIO DOOM NUTZ_TALICHADJESUS33: I keep my exercising simple. I do things I like or things I need to do like chores. So growing food, raising animals, climbing ladders, digging soil. Then sometimes I swim, do pushups and squats. When I was young I tried handstands but I'm over pointless stunts like that. I like the philosophy of the video though

@red maple: same I used and like to do all those things. Since I can't I have to try the next best thing and yeah he is well knowledgeable about philosophy and gives great points of view and tips. Just like big pharma there is big fitness which is a joke he is not wrong
