Not exactly Amr. Let me tell you how it was working a century ago before marxism and feminism took over.
Woman indeed were married younger between 14 - 20 but if the bride isn't virgin it would be shame for the family and the wedding is off. She'll be an outcast and a whore for the society.
The way that happens is you live in small communities of 10 000 people like it was back in the day where everybody knows everybody.

Also families didn't take wives nor husbands from families that have shamed themselves in some way.
