This was noticed by me some 5 or more years ago where I live, so at the time I took a nice afternoon and my motorcycle and rode around all the surrounding towns after finding the wedding stores on google earth and I found even them 3 had gone out of business and the shops were empty or for hire. There have been about 4 Party and wedding event outlets that also recently have gone out of business, I understand the wedding side going broke, but these companies also arranged events as well and no one is doing events anymore. I mean on a weekend it's almost impossible to even find a car boot sale now, No car rally's anymore or bus or vehicle rally's in general. Plent in the north of the UK and Scotland, but here south of London the pickings in the summer are very frugal. And then when you do go to a car boot you find they want stupid prices for JUNK, I mean real RUBBISH. I used to liked going to the local computer Fair that was every month at the local sports center, There isn't one now at all, I guess because GREED has stopped sellers going because the entry fee for a pitch is so high now they spend most of the day making that up before they start making money? I used to go to steam railways as well or working museum's, but their pricing is pure Greed I could go to France on Eurostar for less 8n some cases. Well near enough! lol! Britain is REALLY showing out now as society seems to be collapsing around us and it is from my perspective becoming very noticeable now? Personally I'm cutting my cloth to fit the shirt so to speak, I find plenty to do that cost Nothing or very little.
