If you go full screen, and pause it at 0:04 - just before it slides off the screen, you can read the numbers. There also appears to be fake numbers on card, put over the plate at two positions. Both Front and Rear. No idea as to which country it is.... add ons could alter the number / letter sequence and or the amount of visible digits. Making this up.... the real number plate might have say 7 digits, but they added a couple of more small numbers, so you end up with 9 digits...... Plus the country looks sort of German-is - but it could be anywhere central European...
@usr6874038614: I thought about searching up cars / images / number plate systems of different countries - BUT there are a LOT of European countries and I didn't have all night to find which country it belongs too.
