Fuck... I think you hit the head on this one, I do believe in the Sacred feminine, but this is not what I believe is the True one, the wife of God of Israel... She was edited out and discarded... we only know of her through Biblical (folk) archaeology. I have been seeing the Babylon Semiramis as the "Mother of God"-- the mother and child you mentioned. I like to ask people, if Hell hath no fury as a woman scorned, what do you think the True Goddess would have?
