WW2 light aircraft are already too heavy by today's standard. Thanks for the video anyway! What do you think of woman welders?

I don't give a shit about women weldors. Either the weldors can weld, or they can not. I don't give much a fuck for all of the bullshit, "Oh she is so stunning brave and intelligent - she is our first woman weldor on the production line - fucking raaaa raaaaa raaaaaa". If she can't weld then she can go back to whoring or making sandwiches. (WeldOr - is the person doing the welding. WeldEr is the welding machine)

I don't know IF the WW2 era aircraft are too heavy by todays standards - sure composites are a BIG issues, as is fly by wire and many other things.. There is the materials specifications and PRICES and cost of operation and ownership and issues of economics.... There are commecially viable aircraft and then there are aircraft you can build in your garage. There are companies with DEEP pockets and there are people with enough spare cash to make their own... AND when compisits go tits up in a modest crash, they are not the things that can be easily made or replaced by home builders... where as the DIY planes are and can be... SO granted that IF money was no object - SURE a super light composit based aircraft would be a really good thing, but all the materials and tooling and autoclaves etc... put them out of the reach of the home builder, where as making hundreds of commecial aircraft from the same materials and tooling, is cost effective.
