That ending speech was motivating... as for second wind, I think it is one of three things or, maybe at times all three or just a combination of any two: First, the Holy Spirit "breathing life" or inspiration into you to face "evil" or dire straights; Two an adaption of Fight or Flight like an accelerated reoxygenation of your muscles and/or brain; or Three your internal spirit manifesting into the physical sort of like the way anime portrays "mana" accumulation or focused will and determination to override the pain and fatigue... the mind over matter phenomenon. When you actually research these phenomenal incidents where individuals overcame so much adversity or a dangerous or lethal plights by sheer will alone. Like a Buddhist monk who protested the Chinese regime trying to force Shaolin monks, themselves each a mind over matter phenomenal accomplisher, to serve in the Chinese army. He lit himself on fire, but what the media did not tell you, he never uttered a sound as he burned to death standing upright. There was another one where a meditating Buddhist monk was placed in a sealed safe with the atmosphere monitored, and he never went into hypoxia or anything even when oxygen levels and carbon dioxide levels were at lethal doses or percentages.

Yeah, business psychologists have a name for those "passion leaders," who keep the group or committee "operating," fuck... I am trying to remember their terminology... There's the leader in charge and then the moral leader who keeps the group working... I can't not remember their term right now. I have been in their "workshops" and in real life and combat that "emergency valve" that blows off steam and reconnects the group. I called out BS and provided alternative solutions. I mentioned complaints and/or grievances and dissipated their negative energies bringing the group over together to become more productive. Fuck, what was their term for it?
