Barely into her monologue she says she doesn't have kids YET. That one word right there betrays her. YET is a qualifier; it implies anticipation, expectation, or hope. As in, "I don't have kids YET (but would like to someday; the unspoken part)."
It reveals everything we need to know; she's lying to herself and the rest of the world. She feels the biological clock ticking, the societal / familial pressure to be a mother and have a family. But she's fighting it while trying to convince herself - and the rest of the world - she doesn't want kids.
She will hit the wall...HARD. Right about the same time her resistance fails and she's ready to have children. Only problem? It's too late then. Thirty-five to seventy-five is a loooooooooooooong time. Cats, kitty litter, and boxed wine; that's her future for 40... fucking... years.
Amp is working good, maybe too good. Comin' across a little hot.
