‘The goal of Kiev regime is to strike residential areas’ – Maria Zakharova

At least four civilians were killed after Ukrainian armed forces launched missiles at the Russian city of Belgorod. Three of the victims were Ukrainian citizens who'd fled the country and sought refuge in Russia. Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova called the attack a provocation, intended to force Moscow to strike back.
