Todd Philips, woke? Really? There's definitely something more going on here. This man's filmography is very far from woke. I don't think he can't just snap his fingers and change that quickly. This was an intentional tank of the franchise because he did not want to make this sequel in the first place.

It's Lady Gaga as Harley correct? WTH? She's about 50 years old now I assume? Makes sense when all the young fit Harley cosplayers are thotting online instead of trying to join the film industry. By all means please do not pay for this film at all. I saw they already have this film on my free stream sites anyways. Will I ever watch it? Never. I'd rather check out the anime Suicide Squad but apparently that's not very good despite being anime.

That's not what a comedy is DP... a comedy can be a tragedy in the Ancient Greek or Hellenistic sense. A comedy has a "happier ending" or a saving say of the chsrscter or their soul... just saying. Today, comedies are joker routines designed to make you laugh... laughing was never a requirement.
