AMR, good thing you are tall that way the locals don't bother you. Columbia is dangerous.

I guess with the altitude and at the equator things are very different with the clouds... but here in south eastern Australia, on certain times of the winter, we get what are called "snow clouds" meaning they have odd combinations of gray and shades of grey, and the humidity is like 90 - 100% and it's FREEZING COLD - and as the clouds blow over us, and hit the mountains a few hundred Km's away, the snow falls.

When you showed the clouds, well there are various sensitivities of cameras, different lighting conditions etc., but while your warm there, I am freezing my arse off here... and the clouds look the same...

@Alpha Male Lifestyle: 67*F = 19.4*C Yeah been getting nights between ~8*C and minus 2*C.... or 46*F and 28.4*F and days of 11 - 14*C or 52 - 57*F...... Today got to 18*C of 65*F and the fenced off back yard with the northerly facing layout, creates a pool of warmer than ambient air, I can suck into the building and warm the place up for cheap heating... Florida - Cold? I thought it was full of old people laying around on the beaches on sun lounges, in the mid winter sunshine..... Retired Astronauts, Movie Stars, and the like... I have heard of it of it snowing in Florida.. Ahhhh the Tropics... Scorching your arse to death one day and freezing you to death on the other.. That funny thin layer of air round the planet, can sure shift a LOT of energy around really quickly... heating and freezing as it does. See this image - right hand side, and bottom, that is South Eastern Australia, and that big curl of clouds, that is coming up from the south pole... - the southern winds that race around the planet, just have the bottoms of Australia, Patagonia and Afrika to go over, but they more or less circulate the southern oceans, around the bottom of the planet at great speeds, and very cold.... Cape of Good Hope, Cape Horn and the Southern Island of Australia called Tasmania... http://www.bom.gov.au/gms/IDE0....0135.202308210830.jp My old man who was from Western Tasmania - he said to stop the Queen Mary from being sunk as a troop ship, during WW2, they stashed it off the coast of Western Tasmania, and the Captain reported the biggest waves he had ever seen... 120 feet.... I have been looking this shit up and looking this shit up and it was only a few years back that someone posted the photos taken from the biplane, showing the Queen Mary, going into waves that were 120 feet high...

@Alpha Male Lifestyle: #2 resized a photo given to me by Commodore ridley Cunard lines many moons ago. He said the next wave went over the bridge to the base of the first funnel https://www.encyclopedia-titan....ica.org/community/at
