It's the exact same thing as working for the USSR Gov, CCP Gov, or USSA Gov as a solider. Terrorists, all of them. In other contexts they would be called murderers and in prison. Or stalking/harassing people to intimidate them into submission stealing from them using the threat of violence if they don't pay taxes to the useless military slobs and their overlords.
For example Americans invading Vietnam or the Middle East bringing the violence to foreigners in forced migration is terrorism. The military simps just want to kill all the local men and take their displaced females who can't survive on their own without men babysitting them. That's all the military is in every country past, present, and future. Until they go all AI military to purge the majority of Earth's population because the citizens are labeled as terrorists for being born. Men at least. They will purge all the peasant males while the military keep their harems going. Eventually the military is going to run out of slaves to steal from though. I'm not producing any heirs to be exploited by this world of Govs where Earth is basically Hell.
