I've talked several times in this channel about the importance of setting rules for yourself and how it is an important part of making you achieve your goals in life.

When I became an entrepreneur I had all the time I wanted in the world. I was my own boss and I could do everything I wanted whenever I felt like it. But I discovered that this was not right.

Once I realized I was screwing my productivity, I had to set rules for myself and it really transformed how my business operates.
