Chris Rock doesn’t even have to press charges. Will Smith shown that he has some deep insecurities regarding the issue. And mind you, he’s the more prominent and likely the higher earning of the couple, so any move is gonna leave him poor. And fighting for a cheating skank’s honor cost him his valuable ( and lucrative) reputation.
He just should’ve told her bald, cheating ass to take the joke and kept his reputation.
