The machinery is extremely well sorted out - the stages need integrating, better methods and semi-automation.

The tooling is excellent but it's not integrated and semi automated.

AND I have never seen the nailed together heads being made before..... When I am looking at "the process" I am thinking at every stage, "How can this be improved to make it better, faster, easier, safer, a higher quality product, less stages, how can things be combined, to reduce double handling etc.".

She is nice and a little plump - but nice.
