The Machining: The Coming Cognitive Takeover in Work and Employment

Fields such as translation have historically defied the trend we see in automation but no more. Things have changed. Increasingly, fields and areas formerly dominated by cognitively competent humans are being replaced. It is a matter of when not if with regards to a new cognitively competent AI taking over human roles.
