► The Mental Game Behind Fasting For A Week! ◄

For the past week, I've been experimenting a lot with fasting.

If you watch most of the videos on my channel, you're probably aware that I gained some fat and that I'm pretty much pissed off by it.

This is why I decided to do the following: fast for a week.

Yeah, you heard me right. I decided to fast for an entire week. And I can't say it was easy.

During this fasting period, I had lots of obstacles along the way that appeared to take me off track.

The obstacles were many: Hunger, mental focus, excuses, etc. After all, a 7 day fast is definitely not easy to accomplish.

This is why I needed to make a commitment to myself: stick to the plan or act as if it never existed.

This is when I developed a mental concept that would take me to understand me and my ego and end up any chances of me f* it up.
